Useful tools and tricks I've come across.

Google Fonts

An easy way to import fonts for free into your project. I'm using Google Fonts on the sidebar and the header, for example.

Gradient Borders

CSS does not currently have a native api to pass in a gradient as a border, but this technique will let you do so. Most importantly, it lets you round the borders, which most of the techniques out there do not let you do!

Glass Button

I use this for the navigation headers. Useful for a frutiger aero look.

Markdown to HTML

An acceptable markdown to HTML converter. I recommend typing your content in markdown and using a converter like this to avoid having to manually type out all the opening and closing tags.
